Global Expansion Lead
Architect and execute Densight Labs' expansion into North America and Europe. Build the market entry strategy, establish enterprise AI partnerships, and develop the sales infrastructure to close $100K+ engagements in new markets.
About the role
Densight Labs has built a proven AI implementation track record across Pakistan and the GCC — 40+ enterprise clients, three service lines, a proprietary deployment framework. The Global Expansion Lead takes that proof of concept to North America and Europe.
This is an executive-level, go-to-market leadership role based in San Francisco. You will define the North American market entry strategy — target verticals, pricing, positioning, partnership channels, and early client acquisition. You will build the foundational sales infrastructure: a pipeline, a CRM, a partner network, and the first hires. You will report directly to the Founder and work with full strategic authority to build this market.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the US and European market entry strategy — verticals, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market sequence
- Establish strategic partnerships with enterprise AI tool providers: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft
- Build the North America enterprise sales pipeline from scratch: prospecting, qualification, proposal, close
- Close the first $100K+ engagements in the US market — proving the model before scaling the team
- Develop referral and channel partnerships with management consulting firms, enterprise IT integrators, and professional services networks
- Hire and build the first North America team: 2–3 people in Year 1
- Report pipeline, deal metrics, and strategic progress directly to the Founder bi-weekly
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise sales leadership, market expansion, or strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated success building go-to-market strategies in North American markets for professional services or technology
- Track record closing $100K+ deals with enterprise clients at C-suite level
- Strong existing network in enterprise AI, management consulting, or professional services in the US
- Comfort operating in early-stage, zero-to-one environments — you build before you delegate
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with AI platform teams at Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google
- Experience selling in regulated industries: healthcare, financial services, insurance
- Prior experience building a US practice for a non-US professional services firm
- Understanding of Pakistan or GCC business contexts (useful for storytelling and positioning)
