Business Development Manager — GCC

Build Densight Labs' GCC pipeline from Riyadh. Close enterprise AI deals across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait. Represent the only Pakistan-headquartered AI implementation firm with a GCC presence.

About the role

Densight Labs is expanding its GCC presence with a dedicated Business Development Manager based in Riyadh. This person will own the Gulf pipeline — from first conversation with an enterprise decision-maker to signed engagement. You will sell two primary services: AI Stack Setup (14-day deployment, $15K–$50K) and Corporate AI Training (2-day workshop, $5K–$25K per engagement).

You will represent the firm at enterprise AI events in Riyadh, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, build a partnership network with enterprise AI tool vendors (Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft), and develop referral channels with management consulting firms operating in the Gulf. This is a strategic sales role with significant upside on commission.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a GCC enterprise pipeline: prospecting, qualification, proposals, and closing
  • Represent Densight Labs at enterprise AI and digital transformation events across the GCC
  • Close deals for AI Stack Setup and Corporate AI Training engagements
  • Develop strategic partnerships with AI tool vendors, management consulting firms, and enterprise networks
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to scope and price engagements accurately
  • Report pipeline status and deal metrics weekly to the Founder

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales — professional services, technology, or consulting
  • Established network in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, specifically at C-suite and VP level
  • Proven track record closing deals of $25K+ with enterprise clients
  • Experience presenting to CTOs, COOs, and Operations Directors in Arabic and English
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic — both required for GCC enterprise sales

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI or enterprise software solutions specifically
  • Network within Saudi Vision 2030 programme organisations
  • Existing relationships with enterprise AI platform teams (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google)
  • Experience building a regional sales function from early stage
