About the role
Densight Labs' AI Stack Setup service deploys 5–8 enterprise AI tools inside a client organisation in 14 days — configured, integrated, and with the team trained on their specific workflows. The AI Implementation Specialist is the person who makes that 14-day guarantee real for GCC clients.
You will be based in Jeddah, working with enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia — configuring Claude Team, ChatGPT Enterprise, Zapier, Notion AI, and Perplexity inside real business workflows. You build custom automations, deliver hands-on onboarding training, and provide support for the first 14 days post-deployment. This is a technical-meets-client-services role.
Responsibilities
- Configure AI tool stacks for enterprise clients: Claude Team, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Notion AI, Perplexity, Zapier
- Build custom workflow automations using Zapier, Make, or n8n tailored to each client's processes
- Deliver hands-on onboarding training to client teams department by department
- Provide 14-day post-deployment support — troubleshoot issues and optimise configurations
- Document all deployed systems so clients can self-maintain after the engagement closes
- Coordinate with the GCC consulting team on scoping and client communication
Requirements
- Hands-on experience deploying enterprise AI tools: Claude Team, ChatGPT Enterprise, Zapier, or Make
- Ability to build custom no-code/low-code automations for business workflows
- Strong client-facing communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage
- Comfortable delivering technical training to non-technical business users
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
Nice to have
- Experience with Python for more complex automation and integration tasks
- Background in enterprise IT, SaaS implementation, or management consulting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and enterprise software ecosystems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
- Arabic language proficiency (strongly preferred for GCC client delivery)
