Data Analyst
Measure and communicate the ROI of AI deployments for enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Build the dashboards and data narratives that prove AI value is real, specific, and measurable.
About the role
One of the most powerful things Densight Labs does is prove that AI works — in numbers. The Data Analyst owns the measurement layer of every GCC client engagement: building the dashboards that track time saved, error rates reduced, output volume increased. When the CFO asks "did this work?", you're the one with the answer.
You will be based in Riyadh, working with the GCC consulting team to instrument AI deployments from Week 1, produce weekly and monthly adoption reports for clients, and present data narratives to enterprise leadership. This is an analytics-meets-client-services role — you need to be as comfortable in a data tool as you are in a board presentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and build ROI dashboards for AI deployments across Saudi Arabia and the GCC
- Track and report client adoption metrics: time-per-task, output volume, error rate, self-reported friction
- Produce weekly adoption reports for active client engagements
- Prepare data narratives and visualisations for client leadership presentations
- Support the GCC consulting team with analysis, benchmarking, and insight generation
- Develop and maintain standardised measurement templates across all engagements
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with at least one BI tool: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Experience building business dashboards for non-technical leadership audiences
- Strong data storytelling skills — you translate numbers into decisions
- English fluency required; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred for GCC client communication
Nice to have
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise software environments
- Familiarity with AI adoption metrics frameworks
- Experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, matplotlib)
- Knowledge of the Saudi Vision 2030 AI and digital transformation agenda
