Enterprise AI Consultant
Own client engagements end-to-end using the ADAPT Framework — from discovery call through Week-4 adoption check. You are the face of Densight Labs inside enterprise organisations across Pakistan.
About the role
Densight Labs doesn't deliver strategy decks. We deploy AI into production workflows — and the Enterprise AI Consultant is the person who makes that happen. You will work directly with CTOs, Operations Directors, Hospital CEOs, and Finance Heads across Pakistan to assess their AI readiness, design a deployment roadmap, and manage every phase of the ADAPT Framework through to measurable adoption.
This is a client-facing, execution-focused role. You will run discovery calls, present to C-suite, coordinate with AI Engineers on technical delivery, and track adoption metrics at Week 4 and beyond. You are accountable for client outcomes — not just client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Run structured AI readiness assessments for new enterprise clients (the Assess phase of ADAPT)
- Design deployment roadmaps and manage delivery across all 5 phases of the ADAPT Framework
- Coordinate with AI Engineers to ensure technical implementation meets client specs and timelines
- Track adoption metrics — time per task, output volume, error rate — at Week 2, Week 4, Week 8
- Run follow-up sessions and intervention protocols when adoption lags in any department
- Identify upsell opportunities and manage client renewals and referrals
- Report weekly to the Founder on client pipeline, delivery status, and outcome metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years in management consulting, enterprise software sales, or B2B client services
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite — hospitals, FMCG conglomerates, financial institutions
- Deep personal daily use of AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — not familiarity, active daily use
- Strong project management skills — you track multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Excellent written communication — all client-facing documentation must be clear and professional
- Lahore-based with willingness to travel within Pakistan for client engagements
Nice to have
- Background in healthcare, FMCG, financial services, or manufacturing — our main client sectors
- Experience with change management or enterprise-wide software adoption
- Familiarity with Zapier, Notion AI, or similar no-code AI automation tools
- Arabic language skills (useful for GCC engagement support)
