AI Corporate Trainer
Design and deliver role-specific AI training workshops that end with tools running live in participants' workflows — not with theory and handouts. For enterprise teams across Pakistan and the GCC.
About the role
Densight Labs' Corporate AI Training service trains Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance teams inside real enterprises. The AI Corporate Trainer designs and delivers these 2-day workshops — and the benchmark for success is simple: every participant leaves with at least one AI automation live in their daily workflow.
This is a delivery-focused role. You hold rooms of 20–50 executives, customise content per department and industry, and are accountable for Week-4 adoption metrics. You will travel within Pakistan and to the GCC for client engagements, and you will develop new training modules as the AI tool landscape evolves.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 2-day Corporate AI Training workshops for enterprise departments: Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance
- Customise workshop content for each client's industry, tools, and existing workflows
- Ensure every participant leaves with at least one AI automation live in their daily work
- Develop and maintain new training modules as AI tools evolve
- Track Week-4 adoption outcomes and run follow-up sessions when departments lag
- Coordinate with Enterprise AI Consultants to align training with deployment roadmaps
- Produce post-workshop reports with adoption data and recommendations for clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of corporate training, facilitation, or L&D delivery experience
- Expert-level daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, and Notion AI — you use these tools to do your own work
- Strong platform presence — you hold a room of 30 executives comfortably and adapt in real time
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into department-specific, role-relevant workflows
- Willingness to travel within Pakistan and to the GCC for client delivery (1–2 trips per month)
Nice to have
- Background in a specific industry we serve: healthcare, FMCG, financial services, manufacturing
- Experience with instructional design or curriculum development
- Familiarity with additional automation tools: Make, n8n, or HubSpot AI
- Arabic language skills (useful for GCC delivery)
